Will this RAM work?

Hello again everyone!
I have been looking for RAM for my new build and i know that I need DDR2 667 (PC5400) and lower non-ecc, un-buffered memory. Can anyone advise me if this RAM will work in my system?

Motherboard: Asus P5LD2 SE
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.06 LGA 775 CPU with ARCTIC FREEZER PRO 7
Graphics Card: Galaxy GeForce 7900GT 256MB PCI-E

I understand that many places may not ship to your location, but to buy used RAM, AND to bid on it as well is just insane.
