Win XP Restarts when i open a Word File

im having problem with my pc.. im using win xp and office 2003 right now... but whenever i use ms word... it restarts my pc... i checked the event viewer log and it registered a system error category 102, event 1003... im really having problem solving this... can somebody give me at least a hint on what to do with this prob...

I also checked the event and it has this - Error code 1000000a, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804dbc95

It can be a memory read error or something else

First of all u should post ur minidumps here so that experienced members can help you

to do this ;

locate the C:/Windows/Minidump folder than u ll see a few minidump files..

Add them into minidump.zip and attach the minidump.zip file to ur post

Then cpc can review and lets u know what goes wrong
