Win2000Pro Booting Problem

I'm running a server on Windows 2000 pro and I need to switch server machines so I took the hard drive out of my current server and put it in the new one but when I boot it I get a blue screen error (STOP:0x0000007B(OXEB84C) INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE). I tried uninstalling all the drivers in the device manager and that does nothing.

Specs:
Current Server:
P3, 256 mb ram, intergated graphics, some other crap.

New Server:
P4 1.5 ghz, 512 mb ran, AGP card
