WINAMP plugins; MAD, SSRC waveOut & ASIO

I've found the MAD plugin, latest version being 0.14.2 beta:

But I have not found the SSRC plugin, neither the latest ASIO plugin

(The links in Thomas different soundcard reviews are dead)

it took me a while to look for these plugins. i think it should help.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to update the pictures you posted showing which options to use; because these newer versions look very differently....
