Lately I have been getting different annoying popups from various websites. The main one is a window opening up stating an infection by the blackworm virus and when I close it it opens up another popup with the WinAntiVirusPro 2006 website advertsing.

I know I need to fix this, and it's in work, I was wondering if you can sue the company that's doing the advertising (aka trojan)?

The company is www.amaena.com which if you run WhoIs you find:

Shouldn't we as an internet collective be able to file a class action law suit against them? They have robbed me of time, processing power on my PC, and mental stress.
