Windows 2000 cannot access task manager

Hi,
I have installed free avasti virus scan and completed a virus scan.
I ran Hijackthis and I have attached the log file...but I still cannot access Taskmanager!

First get the latest version of hijackthis from HERE.

There are also some things in your log that could be fixed, for example,

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {5BAB4B5B-68BC-4B02-94D6-2FC0DE4A7897} - (no file)

I dont know about this one,

O4 - Startup: Reboot.exe

or this one,

O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1

These dont look too promising,
