Windows 2003 Memory dump - event id:1076

Hi,

In windows 2003 the system get restarted frequently,

when I check the events, I found the following.

Source: USER32
Eventid: 1076
Type:Warning.

The reason supplied by user FOOTPRINT\Administrator for the last unexpected shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error
Reason Code: 0x805000f

also I have attached the latest mini Dumps with this.

Could some one help me to find what is the problem? and what could be the solution?

FYI: system contains Symantec 10.0 A/Virus.

any help will be appreciated !!!!!

Hi,

The problem may be related to Norton AV or faulty ram. Upgrade your Norton AV to latest patch level. Run memtest to stress test the ram.
