Hi. I have a Dell DJ and go through the following path to add files to it: My Computer/Folders/Dell DJ Explorer/My Jukebox/Music Library.
Lately, however, when I click on the link to the Music Library, the screen indicates the library has loaded, but then remains blank before giving me the message that Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to be shut down. Here's the error signature:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1221 ModName: msvcr71.dll
ModVer: 7.10.3052.4 Offset: 00010428
I would provide more detailed error information, but can't figure out how to copy and paste it from the error window. I am also experiencing an AIM error that mentions msvcr71.dll, so my guess (which is worth nothing) would be that the error seems to be with that file. Thanks for any help.
