Windows freezes mouse and sometimes windows themselves

I thought it might be the paging file allocation so I amoved it to the D Drive and of course set it according to recommendation (1139). That did not change the freeze that I get, sometimes it is just a disabling of the right click function on the mouse, then if I close resources such as an extra open IE page and maybe an app, the right click function is back again. During the freeze the PF Sys reads around 445MB which is not bad. Kernel memory appears low during the freeze (13724 non paged). Does anyone know what may be causing this? RAM is ok also when it freezes.
