hi, i been for like months reading about tweaking pcs etc... to improve performance and i ahve edited hundreds and hundreds of windows setting and registry. i was wondering if for example my pc ****s up that i insert a disk and it willload up all the tweaks i have done in windows and the registry????

Your best bet is to set up everything the way you like it, and then run Norton Ghost or something similar, so you have an exact shot of your system at that point. Then when if your system goes tits up you can just restore that image.

Another, although less ideal solution, is to just backup your registry as is now. Then you can just restore that later.

ok, its just that i dont want to backup document and that cause have external 500GB drive for all my program files/games/music and movies(home made movies) lol anyway i just want it like that a full system clean but with all my pc tweaks with registry tweaks there. how would i do this???
