windows os and bearshare

i start bearshare, i start to download a program and an error window comes up and says windows must shut the program down ,it only happens when the file starts to dowload ,not if i'm just searching for one in bearshare to d/l

/manage /computer management
services-apps /services look for error reporting shut it off(disable)
