Is the any way to completely renex windows by removing everything that i put on and leaving it like new?

I`m not totally sure what it is you`re asking, but here goes.

The easiest way to leave everything fresh and clean is to reformat the hard drive and reinstall from scratch.

If I`ve misunderstood, please let me know.

The best way is to backup all your data, format, and reinstall windows.
You can renew the ‘core’ [figure of speech] by using SFC
