Windows Sound ? Help, none

Winamp works fine. but when I woke up and sat down at the computer. I loaded Counter-strike and there was no sound. I click on the volume control in the sys-tray and I get the msg I have uploaded. anyone know whats going on here?

I came back to a Host32 windows error as well. I wonder if that has something to do with it. I dont want to restart my computer like this. im used to restarting my computer once a year and now this is getting ridiculous with all these windows errors

is you sound manager installed eg. im using realtek, go into device manager and have a see.

i forgot all about this post. everything seems to be working ok now i guess. i've set up my router with wep key and im just gonna leave everything on. being an avid gamer i've always been against routers but im just gonna go with it
