windows spyware help

ok, i have this gay error popping up out of a red X in the system tray saying

"YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED! windows has detected a spyware infection"

i have run full system checks with norton, zone alarm and adaware but its still there and i dont really want to format my computer or any thing like that so if anyone could help it would be really good

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
