Windows Startup Problem ( pllz read message!! )

pllz read message!!

yea i got that sorry for the inconviece,but windows did not start sucssfully... i read at another site that if i unhooked my cd-rw that it was obviously the problem and the pc should work...well i did so and the little blue loading bar...(i have xp pro)loading bar acttually appeared and loaded..it went by once then stoped at the begning then started all over again to the sorry for the inconvinece page.... i got so close and yet im so far from understanding whats going on.....

Please user proper titles for your threads. It makes them easier to find with a search later on. A title like "Please help" does a lot except help.
