Windows stoped loading!

I just Recently started my computer up and it worked perfectly fine but now i can only go so far as to press f1 to continue on the start up page and then it goes to a boot from cd page and just plain stops!!!

Please Help

Are you trying to boot from a CD?
Did you add or update or change anything recently? Hardware/Software?
Any detailed information you can give would be great. It's better to give too much info than not enough.

Do you have a HDD detected in bios? (aka the 'press F1 to continue' isn't a SMART failure warning, right?).
