After reading about a million threads on here and not finding a problem similar i decided just to post me problem 
I was giving my friend one of my computers so i created an account on it for him, deleted all my files, plugged it out and gave him it, he plugs it in and windows wont boot!
All that comes up is IDE-0 boot found and it just stays like that
When i put my Windows Xp disk in to try and wipe it its just says, Boot record found from Cd drive, press any key to boot..... again it just frezzes!
Any ideas because im totally stumped!
