    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Would you please take a few moments to read this post. A message for all newcomers. Thanks.

It may be that you have a problem with either, the chipset drivers, or the onboard lan.

Try re-installing all your chipset drivers.

    BUGCODE_ID_DRIVER (40000080)
This is the NDIS Driver Bugcheck for Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
For Windows Server 2003 and later, see 0x7C, BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER.
The meaning of the bug check parameters cannot be determined by examining the
parameters alone. You must also examine the text of a DbgPrint message.
For details, see either the debugger documentation or the DDK documentation.

Zip 5 to 6 minidumps a zip file and attach the it at any webspace. Techspot has a upper limit of 100K per attachment. I will study the dump and find out the culprit. You can find the minidumps at \windows\minidump

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

atomb: Go HERE and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps together and attach them to a new thread in the Windows OS forum.

    Regards Howard
