Windows XP Pro "Special_pool_memory_corruption detected" what do i do

Hello guys.
Ever since i built my pc i have been having BSOD with a couple of errors. The most common one at the moment does appear to be Special_pool_memory_corruption detected . Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to stop this or at least give me an idea on what the problem could be!! It is becoming very fustrating as it is always when i am doing something.

Please let me have your insight and i am pulling my hair out and it is constant;y causing me problems
