Windows XP Switch user Problem

A new install of windows xp with all service packs and updates installed. When switching from one user to another , the computer usually locks up. This happens in both fast user change and normal user change. Any sugestions would be appriciated.

Switch user problem

We experienced the same problem. It was resolved by updating the video driver. Visit the Windows update web site.

Large wallpaper images will really slow down the process -- so if you want something really fancy, be prepared to wait a while to switch users -- You may even need to reboot
