CAN ANYONE HELO ME

im am running on windows xp home edition and i was rying to download the back up like in xp pro and i downloadied the total wrong thind i downloade sys preparation tool from microsoft and i cant get rid of it its there everytime i restart the computer can anyone please help me

As far as I`m aware you can`t uninstall sysprep.

Try doing a system restore to before you installed it.

I had the same thing happen on W@K I think kI deleted the sysprep.ini files
that was many moons ago
but I still may have reinstalled bad mistake try'n that app
