WinXP Pro - missing Advance Tab on User Account Panel

I'm running Win XP Pro (in a workgroup, not a domain) as an administrator. I want to activate "require user to use ALT+CNTL+DEL to logon".
I understand that I should go to CONTROL PANEL > USER ACCOUNTS > ADVANCED TAB. Unfortunately, there is no Advanced Tab. Any Ideas?

Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy

expand "Local Policies"

expand "Security Options"

You should find what you are looking for under the "Interactive Logon" Policies

Or you can always go to the Run box or command prompt and type "control userpasswords2." That is the command for Advanced User Accounts.
