CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
Mobo: Abit AT8 32X
RAM: DDR 400 (PC3200), two 1Gb stick, and two 512Mb sticks
GPU: Connect3D Radeon x1800GTO 256Mb
PSU: Antec
OS: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2

All Windows updates have been run. Fresh reinstall twice.
All Abit updates have been run, including all drivers, BIOS, and uGuru.
All ATI Radeon drivers have been run.
Memtest86+ has been run with 100% pass on all tests.

My machine will run for a random amount of time, typically 8 to 12 hours, before it will randomly lock up/freeze. There is no movement of the mouse, no response to C+A+D, and only allows a reboot via the reset button.

In addition, on an even more random occurrence, the whole system will just die. The latest error codes to come back are included in the attachments, but here's the code as well:

STOP: 0x40000080 (0x89DB0AD0, 0x896E79B8, 0xBA4E3AE8, 0x00000001)

I assume you have run MemTest86 for four hours or 7 passes? It takes that long to find some errors on a system that takes 8 to 12 hours to fail.
It sounds as if you have a heat issue... has your thermal paste been replaced? Too much is just as troublesome as not enough. How old is the cpu cooling fan?
All I see in your post is memory dumps caused by the failure.
What happens if you wait it out when it freezes, instead of pressing the reset button. Does it start normally after it cools down?
Have you considering using a temperature sensing gun to see if temperature is involved?
