I Have Tried Without Success To Install My Wireless G Card ,
Found New Hardware Dose Not Come Up When Inserted ,tried
To Add New Hardware But Error Code 28 Comes Up Any Help

Please report your OS and it's Version (eg: win/xp home sp2)
and the make/model of the wireless adaptor.

BE SURE to note there are THREE versions available -- match to your version

have downloaded file but still getting same result hardware update wizard
saying an error occured during installation of the device
the name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name
