Have you tried uninstalling Corel Draw as a troubleshooting measure ? Downloading another MPR.dll is another possibility http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mpr or system restore or reinstall Outlook.

I am going to the website you suggest and see what happens. If at all possible, I would rather not do a system restore, but if comes down to that, so be it.
