WNetCachedPasswords not found

When opening Microsoft Outlook, I get the following message.

"Procedure entry point WNetCachedPasswords could not be found in the dynamic link library MPR.dll"

This happened after installing Corel Draw 7.
Must I reinstall Windows XP to fix this or is their another way? Thanks

Have you tried uninstalling Corel Draw as a troubleshooting measure ? Downloading another MPR.dll is another possibility http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mpr or system restore or reinstall Outlook.

Thank you, I have uninstalled Corel 7 and Outlook. No good.

I am going to the website you suggest and see what happens. If at all possible, I would rather not do a system restore, but if comes down to that, so be it.
