world of warcraft problem

ok when ever i run wow i get an error saying that it couldn't start 3D acceleration and that i should make sure dx9.0c is installed. can anyone tell me were i can get dx9.0c to install or is it something that cant be installed but must come on gpu. also on the box it aid dx.0c was included with it so i dont know what that means. =p

What are your pc`s specs? We need to know what graphics card you have.

Maybe you should take a look at this thread HERE. It`ll help you to discover if your system is capable of running the game.

Try reinstalling the video card drivers first. This same thing happened to an old computer of mine last night trying to play WC3.
