Today when i booted up the system i found that the time was set to 5.00 AM. I reset the time and shutdown system. When i booted up again i found that the clock was wrong again.
Any ideas?
Thanks sean,
Sounds like your cmos battery needs replacing.
Regards Howard
Thought so, how would i find out the correct size lithium battery that i would need. My current motherboard is ECS RC410-M2
Motherboard specification
Thanks Sean.
Probably the easiest way would be to take a look on your mobo. Take out the cmos battery and look at it. It will say on it what type of battery it is.
