X300 video conflicts

MSI 256MB PCI-E X300 video card, has anybody had any problems with this video card? Say, your computer keeps restarting? Not constantly but, just at random? The model number is RX300TD256E

other specs are:

case edge 915 chipset motherboard
western digital 80GB SATA hard drive
Samsung DVD-RW
1GB Kingston DDR-400 RAM
Intel 3.0Ghz CPU (775 pinset)

I also have 3 printers hooked up to it, 2 hps and an epson photoprinter.

NM, I will be one of the few people that follow up on a post. I found the problem. Apparently, to maintain system stability if you have an MSI Video Card (this one particularly) needs a 350watt PSU and you need the MSI video drivers. I uninstalled the old drivers (came from windows updates) and installed the latest ones from MSI's website and I restarted the computer myself like 20 different times and the computer never restarted its self. Let's just hope it stays that way.
