ok so i just moved to a new house and got a new ISP. At my old house I used to play xbox live on my xbox360 all the time without one connection error. But in this new house it seems like every 5 min. i get automatically signed out and im asked to start troubleshooter.
Funny thing is my connection works fine, right after I get signed out I can instantly sign back in, but then I lose my connection again within 5min.
In other words it seems like Im only losing my connection for a split second, but that is long enough for me to lose my progess and get signed out......
I called my ISP and they told me that I can look up special number codes online and give them to my ISP to help them keep track of my xbox connection. I dont know exactly what they meant. If anyone knows wat they are talking about or how I can fix this problem then please et me know ASAP. Thanks!
