XP / CD drive will not recognize music cd names

I can not get my CD drive to recognize the song title name of music CD's. When I insert the CD it only comes up with track number, but on my old PC it would recognize the song title and put it where the track number. I am using XP and windows media player Version 10, any advice would be greatful.....Thanks

Not all CDs contain track labels and you need special software to fetch track info from the internet.
