xp pro sp2 will not advance past login

My system will not allow me to advance past the login stage. Not even in safe mode. Once you click the client to log in, the process starts then it says logging out, saving your settings and right back to the login. I Have tried to repair the OS with cd but it still will not let me login. This started after I downloaded the google pack and tried to uninstall some of the features. Once I restarted it would not let me back in.
