xp-pro vs aopen

My windows xp pro will not show desktop when I use my a-open flatscreen
montor. But it works in safe mode. Anyone have any ideas?.. When I use a ctr montor everything is fine in normal mode & safe mode.

how are you connecting the flat screen? digital or analog?

I think it is analog, with a agp gforce video card .Not sure what model. The A-open flat screen is a 17" model F2705

Just to let everone know. The MHz settings were set to high. I lower the setting down to 65 MHz. Now everthing is working fine.
