XP setup disk issues

I have a Fujitsu Lifebook B2610 with external CD Drive and external floppy drive. I'm trying to install XP Pro with the 6 setup diskette. whenever it gets to the 6th disk I get error message: "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. etc etc
check for virus, hard drive....
Tech info: 0x0000007B (0XF9E8363C, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000

Please help.

How large is your hard drive, and how much memory is installed?
