XP System restore - driver rollback

Has anyone had any difficulties using XP's System Restore Wizard or Driver Rollback features?

I've had a few occasions that I tried using System Restore and it failed, I was able to choose a different restore point and it worked fine though..
I've only used Driver Rollback a couple of times and have had no problem with it.
