Xp will not boot

First off hello all.

second how the hell do I get my computer to work?!

When I turn on the computer all that comes up is.


Pri Master Drive - ATAPI incompatible
Pri Slave Drive - ATAPI incompatible
Press F1 to resume


When I press F1 I get a screen telling me what drives, PCI devices, memory size I have etc.
At the bottom of that screen it says

searching for boot record from floppy, CDROM, SCSI - Not found
Boot Failure
Insert BOOT diskette in A.

I dont have any disks!!

I Think Your Hard Drive Booting Sequence Is Corrupt, You May Need To Get The Os Floppy (for Old Computers Such As 95,97 Etc) But Since You Are Using Xp You Need The Recover Cd And Os Cd.they Both Come With The Pc. If You Have Them, Post Pack.
