XP won't load normal or safe help!!

I have XP SP2 loaded on an ASUS K8V Deluxe with AMD Athlon 64 3000+ & 1 Gig ram 2 SATA hd 1 IDE hd ATI Raedon 5500/5700.
I have 6 user accounts setup.
My wife was checking her Email when machine rebooted into safe mode select screen.
Computer won't boot normal or safe and last known good doesn't appear to do anything, at least it displays no options.

You will have to put the windows cd in and see if it will do a repair.

go into bios and set it to boot from cd .. then try do a repair if not try loading your bios to default .. If that doesnt work then you will have to do a fresh install
