2) You've already installed the "MultiPASS C530 Desktop Manager 3.10 (Windows 2000)" on a new installation of Windows XP (not an upgrade).
This includes computers with Windows XP pre-installed. The downloaded file, when executed, will update your currently installed "MultiPASS C530 Desktop Manager 3.10 (Windows 2000)" to Windows XP compatibility.
If you are upgrading from Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0 then you will need to download the full driver that includes the update. Please download "MultiPASS C530 Desktop Manager 3.10b (Windows XP)".
