The High Court has rejected the application for a judicial review brought against the UK domain name registry, Nominet, by Benjamin Cohen. Cohen is contesting Nominet's decision in March to take itunes.co.uk from him and hand it over to Apple. He will continue to fight for the web address despite this setback.

In a written response Cohen's company said: "CyberBritain is considering its options together with its legal team. It is currently reviewing the decision and is strongly considering making an application for an oral hearing before the judge to review the decision."
