Intel is simply not getting a break with the anti-trust accusations and investigations. Still facing heat over in the EU, things aren't any better for Intel back home in the states. An Attorney General in New York has issued a subpoena to Intel, probing the company for more information on anti-trust violations.

The subpoena is to obtain yet more information regarding whether or not Intel strongarmed companies into excluding AMD or fixed prices in a devious fashion. It is the first probe, however, into their actual processor pricing in the U.S.

Despite the legal pressure being placed on Intel from many sides, they continue to be the overwhelming and thundering giant in the CPU world. Core 2 is crushing AMD at the moment, and with more delays on Phenom it will continue to do such.
