Above average image quality, Nicelooking LCD display, Lots of shooting effects/filters
The Canon PowerShot A2400 IS and PowerShot A2300 have very good picture quality for their class and are loaded with effects and filters.
Inexpensive, Sharp, optically stabilized lens, Speedy performance.

Cons:

Controls may be hard to use for some, Loses sharpness at high ISO settings
The cameras' flat buttons and cramped layout may make use difficult for some and shooting performance is slow, particularly shot-to-shot. The lenses require a lot of light or high ISOs when zoomed in. Battery life is short.
