Pros:

Decent audio, flat cables make it easy to store and don't get tangled easily, washable.
Secure fit for less intense workouts, Sweatproof, waterproof, and washable, Powerful bass response with no distortion at high volumes, ControlTalk buttons and mic for iPhone and smartphones.
Well built/constructed, - Very durable, - Waterproof, - Customizable and comfortable, - Blue/Red rings to differentiate right & left earbuds, - ControlTalk button, remote control w/mic, - Great carrying pouch

Cons:

Inear clips don't fit properly (depends form person to person), will always need to fiddle around with clips, inline remote control snags at collars.
Expensive for exercise earphones, Rigorous exercise tends to loosen fit, resulting in less bass response.
