Sound is pretty good, Software allows for sufficient customization, Price is definitely good
Price, 2 Year Warranty, Decent Sound Quality, Lightweight, Braided USB Cord

Cons:

Design was very problematic for me, but YMMV, Lack of any motion on the earcups creates a gap at the top
Not an allinone Software Application. You have to download a separate utility for each individual Headset and is hosted by sendspace that limits you to 80KB/s unless you sign up for a premium account
