Pros:

Superb fit. Deep bass response for low-end lovers. Decent passive noise reduction.
Solid sound reproduction. Nifty design blocks outside noise while keeping the headphones small. "Smart" cable holder makes the cord easy to wrap. Relatively cheap given performance.

Cons:

Exaggerated bass response isn't for audiophiles. Cable holder doesn't eliminate tangles.
Lightweight cable feels flimsy. Tinny highs. Can hurt the ears after long periods of use.
