HP Envy x360 15 - 2021

The HP Envy x360 15 (2021) is nearly in a class by itself as far as 2-in-1 laptop performance goes, combining some dominating CPU and graphics scores with a well-built design, fantastic display, outstanding battery life, and an incredible price. It's on the heavier side though, and using it in tablet mode isn't the most comfortable experience we've had with a 2-in-1, but the positives far outweigh these points for us. Some might disagree though, and we certainly wouldn't blame them.

With an impressive Ryzen 7 5700U CPU, a bright screen, plus a good keyboard and battery life, HP’s $999 Envy x360 15 has a lot to like. Perhaps that’s why it’s consistently out of stock.

The HP Envy x360 definitely ticks most of the boxes. It has a highly unique keyboard, a crisp display and a powerful CPU. Its controls are minimal and easy to learn. For $800, this laptop is definitely worth buying if you’re looking for a hardcore upgrade.

With speedy performance, a sturdy build and all-day battery life, the Envy x360 proves you don’t have to spend a bundle to get a good 2-in-1 laptop.

A no-frills convertible laptop with insanely fast processor performance and a well-calibrated full sRGB touchscreen. It's a better deal than the HP Spectre if you don't mind missing out on GeForce GTX graphics or Thunderbolt.
