As long as you're not persnickety about your keyboards and always play plugged in, the Origin PC Evo15-S should deliver a great portable gaming experience with a lower-than-average schlep factor.

You’re really paying for the portable form factor here. If size and weight aren’t big priorities for you, and you’re just looking for something to occasionally lug around to LAN parties, something like the Omen might be more up your alley. HP’s gaming laptop might weigh considerably more at 7.3 pounds, but you can get it with a more powerful GTX 1070 GPU for around $1,800. If you have the money and want good specs in a sleek form factor, however, Origin PC’s EVO15-S should be on your radar.
