Reasonable performance, ultra-low power use, includes 64GB SSD and Windows 8.1, exceptional pricing.
Low cost, Windows preinstalled, SSD and RAM preinstalled so better outfitted than most smaller form factor barebones in this price range, Low power consumption at 5,55,8w at idle

Cons:

Roughsounding fan becomes noticeable when the PC is under heavy load, no builtin WiFi
SSD could be more easily accessible, Not completely fanless, Likely will want to add RAM for heavier Windows usage

Overall the Zotac ZBOX-BI320-U-W2 is excellent. If one wants Windows it is a clear choice since it essentially makes the 64GB SSD and 2GB of RAM “free”. While the base specs are not jaw dropping, and the performance is not what one would call “fast” it...
