Fractal Designs has a short history compared to that of many of the older more established companies on the market, but with case designs like the Midi R2 their future is bright. The Midi R2 is a well built, perfectly designed case, and it does...

In the era of mobile device expansion and the general portability of everything, it's a bit odd to invest in development of desktop chassis, not to mention investing in a redesign of a solid model, such as ARC MIDI. On the other hand, there will always...

A new version of something suggests that things wrong with the old one were fixed, and that other improvements have been made. Fractal Design keeps this promise with its Arc Midi R2. The exterior looks better, in our opinion, with the tinted side window....

This case is really hard to beat at it's price point. It is really easy to work in and can be configured in many ways in terms of fans, drive bays, radiator placement and SSD mounting. Due to the trademark simplistic design, it isn't hard to dress it...

Swedish Fractal Design has nicely improved the predecessor of this case, the ARC Midi. Besides some cosmetic changes the presence of the 3-step Fan controller and the large smoked window will draw a lot of attention. The overall design remains pretty...

From a personal standpoint, I love Fractal Design's cases. There's very little flash, but loads of function, inside and out, and with the Arc Midi R2, things get even better. The inclusion of a split connector for the combo USB 3.0/2.0 ports means...

Looking back to our review of the original Arc Midi we remember that the first version of the case was impressive. It offered a nice simple build process, a solid chassis and loads of storage potential while running silent. It was ideal for our home...

I had about as much pleasure building around this case compared to those that sells for $149, plenty enough for a case that cost half of other similar cases. Fractal Design did everything you can think so to many, the Arc Midi R2 one of the best cases on...

The Fractal Design ARC Midi R2 is a nice step up from its initial model. The new side see-through side panel gives it a little more niche, as well as the curvature and many options. The chassis is very feature rich with the removable dust filters, many...

The Arc Midi R2 is a fine example of a case revision done right, as for the most part the upgrades and changes are sensible and functionally beneficial. The easily removable dust filter, extra USB 3.0 port and integrated fan controller, for example,...

For me personally, the ARC Midi R2 is the right case at the right time. Josh from Fractal Design really knew deep down I would love it - I have no doubt about that now, as I really do enjoy the silence it offers and the style it offers, as it sits...
