Price.
Performance.
It's Quiet.
Looks Aren't too Shabby at all.
Provides good cooling.
Intelligent PWM Fan Control system.
4 Power Heat pipers.

Cons

No Pretty Lights for LED addicted Gamers but you can Always add Your own.
Need to remove a whole motherboard to install.
Base assembly a bit sloppy on this example.
More airflow needed for performance applications.
Lacks vibration absorbing fan mounts.
