Pros

Excellent tilting chassis.
3D webcam.
3D screen.
Big 1,5TB hard drive.
HDTV Tuner and Blu-ray.
USB 3,0.
Great touch interface.
Beautiful 1080p display.
Touch input is responsive.
Fast hardware.
Unique hinge works well.
Good number of ports.

Cons

Expensive.
No HDMI out.
Touch input is of questionable use.
TouchSmart Suite is good but not quite.
Apps Center still lacks a punch.
Not particularly fast.
Display is glossy.
Only 60-days subscription to Norton Internet Security updates.
No eSATA.
No unified media purchase system.
External power brick.
Some bloatware.
