Pros

Good bundle, factory overclocked, fan is near silent, good performance, not too expensive compared to the standard edition
Overclocked out of the box, 20% higher clocks than reference design, Similar price/performance ratio than reference 1 GB card, Quiet, Low power consumption, Native fullsize HDMI output, Prince of Persia full game included, DisplayPort output, GDDR5 memory

Cons

Power consumption is a bit high on load, memory chips aren't cooled
Maximum manual overclock similar to reference GTX 460 cards, 1 GB VRAM does not make a substantial difference over 768 MB, DirectX 11 relevance very limited at this time, Memory chips not cooled

ZOTAC is pricing their Amp edition quite aggressively and despite the new cooler and the game bundled, the MRP on the card is Rs. 15,000. This means you should be able to get it for around 14K or even less depending on where you're located in India....
